Transforming a consumer account system into enterprise identity, while developing a team that could scale with it

As Principal of UX, I led the design strategy for Samsung Account for Business, redefining a consumer-focused identity and account system into an enterprise-grade B2B platform with federated authentication, organizational hierarchies, and role-based access controls. I shaped the strategic vision, directed 3 mid-level designers toward senior-level output, and delivered under a hard HQ mandate in under one year. The result: 60% legacy customer conversion at launch, a design system flexible enough for three years of planned enterprise features, and a team elevated to present design decisions directly to C-suite stakeholders.
